Due to a large number of students being left unsupervised in the morning, we must revise our arrival process to ensure their safety. This process will also speed up student arrival for all 1st-5th grade students. Pre-K & Kindergarten arrival will remain the same.
Starting Friday, all students who have completed the health screening online and have a Green Check will enter through the Essex St. Gate (see drawing attached) starting at 8:15. Any families who need to complete a paper copy of the screening will enter through the Norfolk St. Gate. Staff will escort students to the side door to go upstairs to their classroom. No adults will be permitted in the alley way or playground until 8:45. It is strongly encouraged that you fill out the health screening online each day and take a screenshot of the Green Check. The QR code is also posted on all fences around the PS 20 yard.

Debido a que una gran cantidad de estudiantes se quedan sin supervisión en la mañana, debemos revisar nuestro proceso de llegada para garantizar su seguridad. Este proceso también acelerará la llegada de estudiantes para todos los estudiantes de 1º a 5º grado. La llegada de Pre K y Kindergarten seguirá siendo la misma.
A partir del viernes, todos los estudiantes que hayan completado el examen de salud en línea y tengan un cheque verde ingresarán por la entrada de Essex St. (vea el dibujo adjunto) a partir de las 8:15. Cualquier familia que necesite completar una el examen de salud por papel entrará por Norfolk St. El personal acompañará a los estudiantes a la puerta lateral para subir a su salón de clases. No se permitirán adultos en el callejón o en el patio de recreo hasta las 8:45. Se recomienda encarecidamente que complete el examen de salud en línea todos los días y tome una captura de pantalla del cheque verde.
