Family Participation

We are aiming for 100% family participation!
There are two ways you can support our school: donate time or donate money. Your contribution is a direct investment in your child’s education and your community. All proceeds go directly towards the enrichment of our students at PS20.

Just 10 minutes here and there makes a huge difference. Can you help us with cook labs, selling books, fundraising, or grant writing? Are you tech-savvy or would you like to do a little web design?

Not sure how to help? The PTA will work with the school and the volunteers to match you up with tasks.

There are two easy ways to donate money:

  1. (preferred) To donate by check or money order, please make a check payable to “PS20M PTA Inc” and drop it in the Main Office.
  2. To donate online, simply click on the button below which will take you to our online donation page.

And, don’t forget to maximize the impact of your monetary donations with a Corporate Match! You could double your donation and help your employer do some good at the same time.

Check to see if your employer participates in corporate matching programs.

You can also donate money directly to individual classrooms and programs through DonorsChoose.org. It’s fast, easy, and the money will go to the specific need being asked for by teachers and staff.

Companies will often do daily donation matching. Follow us on Twitter for matching announcements.
