Check out what’s growing in our hydroponic garden at PS 20.  We hope to soon be able to harvest food from our garden for our students and families.  Thank you to everyone who has donated to our new food pantry.  Many families have already been benefiting from the much needed food.  If your family is in need of food, please reach out to Tina to set up a time to visit the pantry.

Reminders:

  • Henry Street Settlement’s School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) clinic is pleased to offer a new activity, the SBMH Antiracist Inclusive Book Club, twice a month for students in grades K-5. The group will read and discuss books like “The Colors of Us,” “Dream Big Little One,” “Jabari Tries,” “Outside, Inside,” and more. This month’s book club meetings are on February 11 & 25 at 3 p.m. – sign up at: Register here
  • Join us for our multicultural activities next week (flyer attached)
  • We have coats, both adult and child sizes, art & school supplies for families.  We also have books for all our students from KPMG.  Come by the lobby of PS 20 any day between 9am – 1pm to pick up supplies. 
  • Need tech support or password help?  Call Mr. Juan at  (917) 274-7609  from 9am-1pm (Chinese & Spanish translation available). 
  • Fill out the Emergency Blue Card.

Vea lo que está creciendo en nuestro jardín hidropónico en la escuela PS 20. Esperamos pronto poder cosechar alimentos de nuestro jardín para nuestros estudiantes y familias. Gracias a todos los que han donado a nuestra nueva despensa de alimento. Muchas familias ya se han beneficiado de los alimentos que tanto necesitan. Si su familia necesita comida, comuníquese con Tina para establecer una hora para visitar la despensa.
